Guachinche Route - 6 hours

Meet the traditional gastronomy of Tenerife by visiting some of its wineries and enjoying its Guachinches, where homemade food and home-grown wine are sold.

You will find there the best dishes, made with the most optimal raw materials from the area and with all the love of its people.

The route will start at La Casa del Vino, where you can taste three different wines (red, white and rosé) paired with an assortment of Canarian cheeses. You will get to know the extraordinary history of our wines and taste some of the best ones on the island.

Afterwards, you will visit the Guachinche “Casa Lito”, in Santa Úrsula, where starters as grilled cheese with mojo, “gofio” stew, wrinkled potatoes with mojo, “broken” eggs and “ropa vieja” (seasoned and fried shredded beef) will be already prepared.

Once the previous experience is over, we will go to the Guachinche "Don Trino", where you will try grilled meat dishes: steak, chops, goat meat, “fiesta” meat or rabbit.
The last stop will be at Bodegas Monje (winery), where you will enjoy a guided tour and a cup of coffee while admiring the marvelous views of the north coast of Tenerife.

This tour has a duration of 6 hours approximately and runs from Monday to Sunday.

You will have 1 or 2 guides, depending on the size of the group, who will accompany you throughout the tour.
