In summer, we recommend visiting us in the early hours of the morning. Due to the temperatures, it is possible that we close the access before the habitual timetable. Keep in mind that the temperature that can develop inside a ravine can be quite high.
The best time is before 10:00 am, mainly if you come with children or older people. Keep this in mind and be responsible for your health.
The Path of Barranco del Infierno has a limited capacity. In winter it is essential to have a reservation. If you come without reservations, you can be in the situation to kept waiting until capacity available or might not able to enter and return another day.
You do not have to bring your reservation confirmation with you. The notification of your reservation on the mobile phone with your ID is sufficient.
Because we have a limited capacity, come 15 minutes before the start time. We cannot guarantee your place if this is not true because there will be more visitors waiting to enter.
In the unlikely case that your booking is not completed or you don’t receive a confirmation email, could be for several reasons. One of the most frequent is because the bank´s card security system is not compatible with our security system. Usually you will receive a confirmation code from your bank via SMS to enter it into the sales process. If your card doesn’t have this system probably the booking will be refused. Contact your bank to update the system and avoid this type of incident in the future.
Our operators check the trail daily, before deciding if the trail will be open. If you have a booking for Barranco del Infierno and we must close for meteorological or other security reasons, we will send you an E-Mail on the day of your visit at 08:30 hours. You can reply to this E-Mail to change the date of your visit or ask for a refund. Refunds are made to the same account of your card with which you made the purchase online.
If you have a booking and you are unable to attend, you must inform us three days before the day of your visit, otherwise you can't request a refund. In the case of illness within the three days mentioned above, please send us a medical certificate to make the reimbursement.

A few minutes from the entrance to the path there is a public parking, next to Casa Fuerte. On our website you will find a map with the recommended parkings.
