These general terms and conditions of sale govern all relations between the company Falinia Gestión SL and its online customers (“The Client”).
Before carrying out any transaction, the client acknowledges being aware of and expressly accepting these conditions from the moment they click on the “I Accept” button.
Falinia Gestión SL is a commercial entity and, consequently, in relation to sales made through its portal or by other means, complies with the commercial and consumer laws and regulations in force at any given time.
Falinia Gestión SL, with registered address at Calle la Deseada 51B, San Miguel de Abona, CIF B65984759, registered with the Commercial Registry of Tenerife, Volume 3285, Folio 160, Sheet TF-52173, is the owner of the website: www.barrancodelinfierno.es.
Falinia Gestión SL holds the concession for the maintenance, control, and access management of the Special Nature Reserve “Barranco del Infierno” in Adeje.
Falinia Gestión SL reserves the right to modify the features of commercial offers presented on the website at any time.
Falinia Gestión SL provides commercial information truthfully. This information may, on occasion, contain a typographical error. In such a case, entirely beyond our control, it will be corrected immediately.
The client acknowledges being aware, at the time of placing the order, of the specific sales conditions shown on the screen (date, access conditions to the trail, required documentation, visit duration, group details, guided tour conditions, service costs, etc.), and expressly declares acceptance without any reservation.
Purchasing access tickets or booking guided tours constitutes full and complete acceptance of the specific sales conditions, which apply exclusively to the contracted products or services.
The client begins the order by clicking on the selected date in the reservation calendar. The order is added to a total that includes all products confirmed by the client, who must then click on the “I accept the general terms and conditions and make the payment” button in the menu bar before completing the order.
The prices of the products and services displayed on Falinia Gestión SL’s website include the Indirect General Tax (IGIC) where applicable.
For online purchases through http://www.barrancodelinfierno.es/, only electronic card payments or PayPal are accepted. Under no circumstances will cash sent by mail or other postal systems be accepted.
Once payment has been made, the client must print the access ticket, which indicates the specific entry time and reservation number. Without presenting the ticket, access to the Barranco del Infierno will not be permitted, regardless of reservation or payment.
The ticket must be retained until the visitor exits the reserve.
Proof of residency or registration will only be valid if current and showing the residence address that entitles the holder to a discount.
IMPORTANT: If the visitor does not present valid proof of residency, entry will be denied, and a new, non-discounted ticket must be purchased.
The client has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days, provided the withdrawal is communicated at least 3 days before the booked date of access to the Barranco del Infierno Trail.
The client must notify Falinia Gestión SL of their wish to exercise the right of withdrawal within the specified time and via any legally accepted means. In such cases, Falinia Gestión SL will refund the amount to the credit card used for payment within the period established by applicable law.
If the withdrawal is not communicated at least 3 days in advance, no refund or changes to the reservation will be made.
In case of closure due to rain or wind, the client may choose between rescheduling or a refund, regardless of the 3-day notice requirement. However, if a new date is selected, the 3-day rule will once again apply for any future changes.
If notice is given with at least 3 days’ notice, the ticket remains valid for one year.
Due to limited capacity, visitors are advised to arrive 15 minutes before their entry time. Failure to do so may result in loss of access due to other visitors waiting.
Barranco del Infierno is a Special Nature Reserve. Falinia Gestión SL does not guarantee ticket refunds for access or guided tours in the event of access difficulties due to natural causes (storms, rain, etc.).
Falinia Gestión SL will be liable for any consequences of non-fulfillment or deficient fulfillment of the contract to the extent of its involvement in access and maintenance management of the Barranco del Infierno trail.
However, it will be exempt from liability in cases of force majeure (unforeseeable, abnormal circumstances), events outside its control, client fault, third parties, or situations that could not be anticipated or overcome despite due diligence.
Clients must report any contractual failures on-site (to allow for immediate remedy), or as soon as possible, in writing.
Compensation for personal injury arising from failure or poor performance of the contract (access and, if applicable, guided tours) will follow applicable legal regulations.
As for non-physical damages, these must always be substantiated by the consumer.
Falinia Gestión SL is not responsible for expenses such as accommodation, meals, transport, delays, or any other costs caused by force majeure.
If a client submits a complaint, Falinia Gestión SL has one month to respond. Clients may also contact competent authorities for mediation. Participation in mediation by Falinia Gestión SL is voluntary and subject to individual evaluation.
If no agreement is reached, the consumer may pursue arbitration or court proceedings.
Consumers are hereby informed that Falinia Gestión SL is not part of the official Consumer Arbitration System.
Falinia Gestión SL reserves the right to change these terms at any time.
Modifications will be made in accordance with the present conditions and applicable law.
Changes will never affect clients with existing access or guided tour tickets.
