(CIF: B65984759) is responsible for your data processing, located at Calle La Deseada 51,B, C.P.38620, in the municipality of San Miguel de Abona, Santa Cruz province, Tenerife, and with contact information contacto@falinia.com, hereinafter referred to as FALINIA,

1. PURPOSE:
FALINIA hereby informs you that we process the personal data provided to us or that you have provided, in order to manage access to the Special Nature Reserve Barranco del Infierno:
In addition, FALINIA may periodically send you information by e-mail, ANDROID or IOS applications or SMS messaging, about the services offered, and offer interested parties or FALINIA clients information about related activities and services, in particular information about:

– Sightseeing tours on the island of Tenerife.
– Promotions related to the Barranco del Infierno.
– Property sale promotions.
– Likewise, FALINIA may periodically send you information about its services and the promotions it is currently offering.

Communications about activities, products and services may be made through any means, including electronic means. The interested party will have explicitly authorised the sending of commercial communications or will have agreed not to refuse them through any of the company’s data request forms, or after the company requests, by email, that the individual concerned indicates the type of consent being given for the commercial information to be sent.

2. DATA TO BE PROCESSED
The data to be processed by FALINIA within the framework of the relationship with the interested party, (client or supplier) and subject to the purposes that have been consented to, are under the following categories:
Identification and contact data, by way of example but not limited to: name, surname, address, telephone number or e-mail.
Commercial information data in accordance with the indications received.
Bank details, if you pay by credit card or bank transfer.

3. DATA STORAGE.
The personal data provided will be kept for as long as needed in accordance with the contractual relationship, to respond to requests made, and for as long as the removal or non-use thereof is not requested by the interested party, and within the necessary time to comply with legal obligations that apply in each case, depending on the nature of the data.

4. RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA.
The interested party’s data that will form part of selection process may be communicated to those companies that collaborate with FALINIA.
In other cases, the interested party’s data may be transmitted when there is a legal obligation to do so.

5. AUTHORITY FOR THE PROCESSING OF YOUR DATA.
The legal basis for managing the client relationship and with other interested parties and for providing information about FALINIA activities and services may be through entering into a contract, or through obtaining the consent of the interested party if no previous contractual relationship exists.

6. INTERESTED PARTY RIGHTS.
Everyone has the right to obtain confirmation about whether FALINIA is processing their personal data or not. Interested parties and customers have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, seek the removal thereof when the data is no longer needed for the purposes it was collected for, among other reasons. In certain circumstances and on grounds relating to their particular situation, clients or interested parties may object to the processing of their data. FALINIA will no longer process the data except on compelling legitimate grounds, or in order to exercise rights or defend against possible claims.
Under certain circumstances, clients or interested parties may request the limitation of processing, so that FALINIA will only keep them to be used in situations authorised by law. When data is collected in a structured format, clients or interested parties may ask FALINIA to directly transmit it to other data controllers or receive their data in electronic format to be stored on their own devices, without the need to transmit to other data controllers.
The interested party may exercise such rights by sending an email to contacto@falinia.com, attaching a photocopy of their ID or equivalent document and clearly indicating the right they wish to exercise. They may also make the request by post to the above address.
Finally, we inform interested parties that they may lodge a claim relating to the processing of their personal data to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
